Way 2 FRESH Eats, is a Plant Based Pop Up Eatery, geared towards providing Healthy Food Alternatives & Options. Particularly in “Food Desert” communities to service people during peak eating times in between sit down meals, when people make the most unhealthy food choices. Specializing in “Raw Recipes” the aim is to provide the most FRESH and Healthy
fruits and vegetables in a creative presentation.

Fun, Flavorful, & Fulfilling is the motto of Chef Siddik who founded Way 2 FRESH Eats in 2017, in order to change the way his community eats and reinvent what FRESH Food looks like in undeserved communities.

The mission is to educate and inform the community about the benefits of eating healthy fresh food. He hopes to impact individuals of all ages young and old to reintroduce them to fruits and vegetables with new and creative ways to eat FRESH. The concept arrives out creating an alternative to the “Honey Buns & Hot Fries” There are many key nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial to health that are only present when food is consumed raw or uncooked, also we want to encourage every day people to create the food they eat. By creating an array of “Raw Recipes” people will learn to have fun with food.
